Diploma in Business Management is designed to develop graduates with a solid foundation in broad-based areas of business management with strong entrepreneurial skills and ICT based learning application taking centre-stage.
In your second year of the course of study, student can choose to specialize in one of the four options:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Retail Management (RM)
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Students from the Diploma in Business Management taking CRM, HRM, RM, or SCM options undergo a compulsory Teaching Enterprise Project (TEP) attachment. The TEP provides students with opportunities to integrate their classroom knowledge with hands-on learning in a real business environment. TEP is also designed to enhance entrepreneurship development of our students. The TEP is complemented by an 11-week industrial placement programme where students are attached to public and private sector organisations.
